BirdyBank is a local photo manager built for bird photographers. Turn the bird photos from every outing into a personal library that grows over time. Quickly browse, filter, and organize your photos by species, ratings, tags, and capture details, while keeping your own species labels, notes, and photographic records. • Use on-device AI to help identify bird species and quickly process large photo collections. You can always review and correct the results. • Work directly with popular camera RAW formats, including Canon CR2 / CR3, Nikon NEF, Sony ARW, Fujifilm RAF, Panasonic RW2, Olympus / OM System ORF, Pentax PEF, DNG, and more. • Import, rescan, and manage photo folders so new shoots can be added naturally to your existing library. • Organize and find photos by species, ratings, tags, date, and other metadata, making it easy to revisit your growing archive. • Organize photos by species and export them in batches for archiving, selection, and sharing. • Browse species information and the built-in bird encyclopedia, turning your photo collection into a more meaningful personal birding record. • Includes the built-in Birdlings field guide and BirdyCanvas photo-layout studio, so you can turn photos from your library into your own field-guide pages and photographic layouts. BirdyBank is designed around a local-first workflow. Library indexing, personal annotations, and AI processing all happen on your Mac, and no BirdyBank account is required. Both built-in workshops work offline and access your library and photos only with your permission. Installation and updates for the Mac App Store version are handled by the App Store. AI identification is provided as an assistive tool and should be reviewed when accuracy matters.
