Allergy Tracker is a quick, private record of your allergy days: how you felt, what you were around, and, with Lifetime, a clear report to bring to your doctor. Pollen and weather apps show what was in the air. Allergy Tracker keeps your own record of how your allergies actually were, whether they come with the seasons or last all year.
Check in with one tap. Open the app, answer “How are your allergies?” and tap None, Mild, Moderate, Bad or Severe. Your check-in saves right away with the time. Log as often as your day changes, add a check-in for a day you missed, and turn on a single daily reminder if it helps.
Add detail only when it helps. Mark common symptoms, note that you took medication, write a short note, or answer “What were you around?” with dust or cleaning, bedding, pets, mold or damp, laundry products, fragrance, smoke, being outdoors, mowing or yard work, a new product, or anything you add yourself.
See your month at a glance. The calendar shades each day by its worst check-in, so bad stretches stand out. Tap a day to see exactly what you logged. History keeps every check-in in a list, with a 7-day summary once you’ve logged a few.
Take a record to your appointment with Lifetime. Allergy Tracker Lifetime is an optional one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It adds a doctor-ready PDF report for the last 30 days, 90 days or all time (days by severity, when your worse days happened, the exposures you recorded on those days, your most recorded symptoms, and every check-in with its notes), CSV export, and a 30-day summary. Share the report or print it. Check-ins, symptoms, exposures, the calendar, your full history, the 7-day summary, the reminder and iCloud sync all work without a purchase.
Private by design. Your history stays on your iPhone and can stay up to date across your Apple devices through your own private iCloud account. The developer never sees it. No account, no ads, no tracking, no location access, and no pollen or air-quality service.
Allergy Tracker is a personal record, not medical advice. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, predict, or tell you what causes your allergies. The report counts what you logged and leaves the interpretation to you and your doctor.
