New in AscendZ Plus: to-do goals. Plan your week's tasks, pick today's each morning, and keep every due date in sight. The timer is new: set the time on a dial or with a quick pick, then start. Focus now on Today opens it on your next timed habit, and a soft birdsong tells you when time's up. New Countdown widget, part of AscendZ Plus: a dot for every day until a goal's deadline, on your home screen and lock screen. The Challenge widget now shows your run as one dot per day. AscendZ has a new icon, too. Your coach now shows how many questions you have left and when they come back, in your local time. A short note before your first coach question says what the coach sends to write its answers. Removing a goal now takes it off your plan and keeps everything you did. It lives under Habits, in Removed, and one tap brings it back. Your history is always reachable, even with no goals on the go: Finished has a door on Today and in Habits, and your record of best streak, perfect days and days logged counts every goal you have ever had. Also fixed: sending feedback works on the first try; deleting your last goal no longer drops you into first-run setup; goals you removed on one phone stay removed on the others; a blank coach reply no longer blocks your next questions; the 8pm check-in now arrives once you turn notifications on; prices on the offer page show at once, even on a slow connection; a failed refresh on Buddy no longer empties the list; a long challenge status no longer runs off the edge on smaller iPhones; sign-in errors say what went wrong, with a short wait before a new code; and the share card's goal circle fills with the habits you did.

Ascend is now AscendZ. Same app, same habits, same streaks. New: AscendZ Plus, with a coach that knows your history, reads of your weeks, months and year, unlimited goals, your full history and a quote each morning. Everyone who joined before this update has Plus free, for good. Also new: • Nudge a buddy when a shared habit is still open, and get an optional alert when they keep one. Invite a buddy with a link they can tap. • Pull down on Today or Habits to sync. Hold and drag to reorder goals and habits. • Every notification switch now lives in one place, under Profile. • Rate AscendZ from Profile any time. We only ask after a real win, and never more than once a month. • If a screen runs into a problem, AscendZ says so and lets you try again. • Anonymous usage statistics help us see what works and fix what breaks. They never include anything you write. Fixes: screens that could look empty after a long break, the evening check-in on days you don't open the app, and syncs that stopped when you left the app.

A line to start each day: a short quote every morning at 8, and a quote card the first time you open Ascend.
