It is built for private landlords with one or a few units, who are tired of adding up bills by hand, chasing who has not paid, and explaining to a tenant where a number came from.
RENT AND ARREARS
• A monthly view of what is paid, what is due and what is overdue
• Arrears sit on the first screen, with the amount and the number of items
• Payment history per lease and per year
UTILITY COSTS AND BILLS
• Enter the full bill per month and category (electricity, water, internet, waste …)
• Split it across tenants by share, fixed amount or measured usage
• A stacked chart of costs by category across the whole year
METERS
• Monthly meter readings, with consumption worked out for you
• Separate readings for the property and for an individual lease
TENANT PORTAL
• Tenants sign in and see their own statements, readings and outstanding balance

This app is a free companion to the RentLOG web app. Subscriptions are managed on the web; there are no purchases inside the app.
