• Just Plan is now on iPad. On the big screen: a sidebar with your folders, the feed and the open task side by side. • Turn the tablet any way you like, keep Just Plan next to another app or in an iPadOS 26 window — the layout adapts to the width. • Touch and hold opens the menu right under your finger. Folder menu: touch and hold a folder in the sidebar. • The same tasks as on your iPhone and Mac, synced through your own iCloud.

• Reminders arrive on time even when the app is in the background: a change on another device reschedules the reminder here right away. • "Pull down" now always fetches the latest changes from iCloud. • A new "Done" section at the bottom of the feed. "Overdue" now holds only unfinished tasks. • Signed in to a different Apple ID on your phone? Sync turns off and the app explains why, so your tasks never mix with someone else's. • Faster, more reliable sync on slow networks. • Update Just Plan on all your devices: older versions can't sync with the new one.

The big one: your tasks now sync between your devices through iCloud. • Tasks, folders, subtasks, templates and settings are now the same on all your devices that have Just Plan and are signed in to the same Apple ID. • It all goes through your own iCloud. The app has no server of its own: your tasks never reach the developer or anyone else. • Nothing to set up — no sign-up, no login, no password. It works with the Apple ID you are already signed in to. • Offline still works exactly as before. Edits made without a connection are not lost: they go out on their own once you are back online. • Edited the same task on two devices? Nothing is lost: changes are merged, not overwritten. • Pull down the feed, folders or week to sync right away — no need to open Settings. • A new Sync screen in Settings: the state of the exchange, the list of your devices, the name of this one. You can turn sync off there at any time — with sync off the app does not touch the cloud at all. • Upgrading from an earlier version? The app asks once whether to turn sync on. Until you say yes, nothing leaves your device. • This version requires iOS 17 or later.

• Folder archive. A project you don't need right now can go to the archive with all its tasks. They leave the feed, the week, search, statistics and reminders, and wait until you bring the folder back. When you do, the app asks once what to do with overdue dates. The archive is in Settings, under Data. • Protection from accidental taps. A task you tick off doesn't vanish at once: for five seconds it stays in place, crossed out and highlighted. Changed your mind? Tap the circle again. • The completion circle is now on the task screen too. • Backups now keep completion dates, so your statistics stay correct after moving to a new phone. Backups that used to fail to load because of a deleted folder now open. Fixed: • repeating tasks sometimes got duplicated; • a task restored from the trash could go missing from view; • the Delete button in the task menu sometimes didn't respond.
