Just snap a photo of a pill bottle or prescription, or upload a picture or document of one — RxAlarms reads it automatically and fills in all the details. No typing needed. Hands full? Just speak the medication out loud instead.
RxAlarms turns any prescription into a schedule of reminders in seconds — however you'd rather add it.

HOW IT WORKS
Scanning a photo or PDF, or dictating by voice, uses AI to read or transcribe the medication, dose, and schedule. Like any automated reading, it can make mistakes — you always review and confirm what RxAlarms detected before it's saved, and you can edit anything by hand or skip straight to typing it in yourself.
RxAlarms is a personal organization tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, or replace guidance from a licensed pharmacist or prescriber. Always confirm your medications, doses, and schedule with your pharmacist or doctor. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately — do not rely on this app.
YOUR DATA
Your medications are stored on your device. RxAlarms does not require an account, email, or password. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what limited data is sent off-device to process a prescription scan or voice dictation.
SUBSCRIPTION
RxAlarms is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription at $3.99/month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. See our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for full subscription terms.
