Allergy & Trigger Diary is a calm, private place to log how you feel and find out what sets it off. Log a reaction in seconds: pick your symptoms, set the severity, tag the triggers you suspect, add a note, and attach a photo if it is something you want to show later. Over time the app turns those entries into plain answers about which triggers keep coming back, which days are worst, and how severe your reactions have been.
Features:
- Fast logging: record symptoms with mild, moderate or severe ratings, tag suspected triggers, add free notes, and attach a photo to any entry.
- Searchable diary: find any entry by symptom, trigger or note, and browse your logs grouped by day with a weekly pattern strip.
- Insights: see which weekdays you react most, your most frequent triggers, how often each symptom appeared, and overall reaction severity.
- Flexible filters: view insights for today, this month, this year, or any single month you choose.
- Calendar view: step through the month, see at a glance which days had reactions and how bad they were, and tap a day to read the entries behind it.
- Your own lists: add custom triggers and symptoms, rename them, drag to reorder, and remove the ones you never use.
- Custom icons: give every trigger and symptom an icon from the built in set or any emoji you like.
- Reports for appointments: pick a date range, choose what to include, preview it, and share a clean summary as a PDF or CSV for your doctor, allergist or dietitian.
- Backup and restore: export your entire diary as a JSON file and bring it back whenever you need it.
- Daily reminder: an optional local notification at a time you choose, so a day never goes unlogged.
- Made to feel calm: light and dark mode, accent colors you can change, optional haptics, and a layout that stays out of the way.
