Your phone knows what wants your attention. You decide what deserves it. Decide protects the time you set aside — for work, for your family, for sleep, for whatever you choose — from the apps you chose to set aside. When one of them calls during that time, Decide reminds you of your own decision. Ending it is always your choice. ONE HOME FOR EVERYTHING Home shows what is protected right now and every area that matters to you. Tap an area to protect it, give it time, or choose what can wait. PROTECT YOUR ATTENTION • Choose what matters: Family, Work, Sleep, Education, Health, Personal, Friends or Faith. Show the ones that are yours and hide the rest. • Protect now: for 30 minutes, an hour, until a time you pick, or with no end time. • Choose what can wait: pick the apps that can wait, one by one, in Apple's own picker. Decide can see how many you chose, never which ones. MAKE TIME FOR IT Add time to any area — once, or on the days it repeats, overnight included. Scheduled time starts and ends on its own, even with Decide closed. WHEN DISTRACTION APPEARS Instead of the app, you see which part of your life matters now, and that you chose this time. Go back, or open Decide to keep protecting, take a Mini Break or end protection. No streaks, no guilt, no timers to beat. TAKE A BREAK. COME BACK. Need one app for a moment? Take a Mini Break: use it for 5, 10 or 15 minutes while everything else stays protected. When the time is up, the app is protected again by itself. OPTIONAL REMINDERS Ask for a reminder 5 or 15 minutes before a scheduled time begins. Delivery follows your iPhone's notification settings. LIGHT OR DARK Decide follows your iPhone's appearance, or stays Light or Dark — your choice in Settings. PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE No account. No ads. No tracking. No analytics. Decide has no server and collects nothing: your choices stay on your iPhone. Purchases are handled by Apple. If you turn on reminders, iOS stores the area name and time to deliver them. GOOD TO KNOW • Decide uses Apple's Screen Time and asks for your permission once. • Decide is a focus tool for your own iPhone, not parental control or a security or safety system. • Protection is a decision, not a lock: ending it is one deliberate step away. • In English, Spanish and Portuguese. PLANS Decide is free to set up. Starting protection needs a plan: a Monthly or Yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Yearly begins with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, then renews at the yearly price. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings.
