Landscape bass charts for the gig. Stage clock, set length, push and mute marks, and a play clock that looks ahead.
BassPart is a landscape chart for bass. Build the part, then read it on stage.
It is not a DAW and not a guitar chord book. Each cell is a beat group. Note color is octave (register), not pitch. Rhythm glyphs sit with the letter. Cues, repeats, and 1st/2nd endings are on the chart. PLAY walks the part at the song tempo and looks ahead so you can turn the page on time.
STAGE is the gig view. PREV / NEXT (or a USB pedal) moves by page. Tap the title for setlists: THIS SET is the gig order, LIBRARY is every chart on your device.
EDIT opens the dock. Change pitch, duration, register, cell size, stamps, cues, and repeats. Long-press a cell to copy, cut, paste, duplicate, hide, or start a new line.
Attach one PDF you already own (a guitar/vocal chart or a scan) and open it with one tap, then back to the bass chart.
Hear part (off by default) plays a plucked tone with PLAY so you can check pitch, rhythm, and octave by ear. Headphones work best.
Backup a song, a setlist, or the whole library. Import ChordPro as a first pass, then tidy durations in EDIT. The app ships no copyrighted songs. A 12-bar blues demo is there so you can see how a chart reads.
Data stays on your device unless you export a backup.
Ratings & Reviews
• Push marks an early attack. Mute is an X notehead for a dead or ghosted hit.
• Hits keep a dotted duration. A dotted quarter ×2 fills a 6/8 cell.
• Song length and set length use the same clock as PLAY.
• Setlist headings show THIS SET and LIBRARY, with song counts and how long the set runs.
• Time of day sits at the bottom right on STAGE.
• Help opens with why this is a count chart.
• Library search keeps the keyboard when the field sits low on the sheet.
