Mac
Record the product. Be in the shot. Ship the demo. Mac-native screen + camera for founders, PMs, and anyone who shows software.
DemoHero is a Mac app for shipping product demos — launch clips, changelog videos, landing-page loops, and “what we just shipped” walkthroughs.
Record your screen, camera, and voice in one take. Place a live presenter bubble so you stay in the shot without covering the UI. Then trim, speed up a slow stretch, frame the clip, and export an MP4. No second recorder. No lining up tracks. No video editor.
WHO IT’S FOR
Indie founders, product builders, PMs, designers, and developers who need to show software in motion and be present in the video.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Capture a display, a single window, or a region — so the viewer sees the product, not your desktop
• Record camera, microphone, and system audio with the screen
• Show a live circle or square presenter on the recording and drag it while you talk
• Hide desktop icons when you need a cleaner capture
• Trim dead air, play kept ranges faster, add padding and a background
• Export 16:9 MP4 for a site, changelog, Slack, or social post
• Keep every take on your Mac. No DemoHero account. No cloud.
FREE AND PRO
Free: record and export 720p, up to 10 minutes per take.
DemoHero Pro unlocks 1080p and 4K export and recordings longer than 10 minutes:
• Monthly — $3.99, auto-renewable
• Yearly — $19.99, auto-renewable
