Booth Junkie Connect connects to the booths registered to your Booth Junkie account and shows you what each one is doing right now - whether it is online, which event it is running, what screen a guest is looking at, how long it has been up, and how much print media is left. When something needs attention you can watch the booth's screen live and take over its mouse and keyboard. WHAT YOU CAN DO - See every licence on your account, with the online ones first - Check the current event, screen and WiFi network at a glance - See how much print media each printer has left, and be told before it runs out - See how long a machine has been running - useful for spotting one that has been quietly restarting itself - Watch a booth's screen live - Take control: move the pointer, click, type, scroll, and send keys a booth keyboard cannot reach, such as Alt+Tab or Task Manager - Switch to a low-bandwidth stream when the venue WiFi is struggling - Browse every event gallery, open any photo full screen, and see how many guests have viewed and shared it - Change how a gallery looks - colours, logo, layout - without opening a browser - Raise a support ticket, attach a photo or a file, and read the reply here - Check your AI credit balance and your premium expiry dates SUPPORT WITHOUT LEAVING THE APP Every ticket you have raised is in one list, open and closed. Raise a new one and the app offers an answer from the knowledgebase before you send it, which is often the end of it. Attach a photograph of the print, a screenshot, or a log file. When somebody answers you get a notification, and the reply is waiting in the app. YOUR GALLERIES, WITHOUT A BROWSER Every gallery on your account is in the app, newest event first, with photos you can open full screen and pinch to zoom. Leave a gallery open during an event and new photos appear as the booth uploads them - announced rather than slipped in underneath you, so nothing jumps while you are looking at it. The share and view counts update in the same way, so you can watch a gallery being used while it happens. BUILT FOR PHONES AND TABLETS, NOT JUST SHRUNK ONTO ONE A booth screen is large and a phone screen is not, so tapping directly at a small button means aiming at a target smaller than your fingertip. Instead the app gives you a trackpad: drag anywhere to move a visible pointer, then tap to click where it already is. Pinch to zoom in and the view follows the pointer, so you never have to drag the picture around as well. If you prefer to tap directly at what you want, that mode is one button away. On a tablet the licence list lays out in rows to suit the wider screen. WATCHING IS SEPARATE FROM CONTROLLING Nothing you do reaches the booth until you press Take Control, and when you do, the booth shows a border on its own screen so anyone standing beside it knows. Turning control off, or leaving the screen, releases everything immediately. SIGN IN ONCE Sign in with the same email and password you use on the Booth Junkie website, and unlock with your fingerprint or face after that. Changing your website password signs the app out.
