See the last 24 hours at a glance, follow feeding spacing in Feeding Flow, and log everyday care from one calm, private timeline.
One less thing to remember during a busy day with your baby.
Baby Log keeps breast feeds, bottle feeds, pumping sessions, diaper changes, and weight in one simple, private record. See what happened today, understand feeding spacing, and return to your day.
FEEDING, YOUR WAY
- Log pumping directly with its date, time, amount, and optional storage location, or time a session as it happens.
- Record breast side, bottle or expressed amount in ounces, and optional notes.
- Add expressed milk to a timestamped room-temperature, fridge, or freezer supply, then move it or mark the bag used or discarded.
- Review start and end times, then edit entries when plans change.
PEE, POOP, OR BOTH
- Log a wet diaper, a dirty diaper, or both together.
- Both saves one diaper change with both details. It appears once in History and contributes to both daily counts.
- Add a time and note, or correct an entry later.
CARE OVERVIEW
Review feed, wet-diaper, and poop-diaper counts from the last 24 hours. Optional goals provide context without scores or medical recommendations. Feeding Flow places feed starts on an actual-time route and shows the spacing between them. Seven-day charts help you review your own logged care.
Milk supply shows the available total and friendly individual milk bags with their dates, amounts, and storage locations. A separate source-linked CDC storage guide provides general information for healthy, full-term babies; Baby Log does not calculate whether a bag is safe to use.
WEIGHT AND HISTORY
Record weight in pounds and ounces or kilograms. Browse the full care history, filter entries, open an item to edit it, or delete a record with confirmation.
REMINDERS YOU CONTROL
Choose when your feeding reminder window opens and ends, measured from the start of the previous feed. Optional local notifications follow those settings. These are personal reminders, not a recommended feeding schedule.
Create a daily feed-time checklist in your own words and mark each item done while logging. Baby Log does not supply supplement names, doses, or schedules; follow the guidance you trust.
PRIVATE AND SIMPLE
Your optional baby details and care records are saved on your device first. There is no Baby Log account, advertising, analytics, subscription, or in-app purchase. Logging works offline. You can optionally sync your log with your Apple Account, keep compatible iPhones updated, invite a trusted caregiver through Apple's private sharing flow or a single-use private link, or export a readable data file.
Made for iPhone. Follow your system appearance or choose Light or Dark.
Baby Log is a personal record and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice or determine your baby's nutritional needs. Follow the guidance of your healthcare professional.
Ratings & Reviews
This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Fix a crash when copying a private caregiver invitation. Improve iCloud sync recovery, sharing status messages, and restoring records from an exported care log. Care records still save on this iPhone first.
