When every DAY is complete, your change becomes a video.
DIFT is a photo journal that begins with choosing a goal duration—30, 60, or 100 days, for example. Add one photo each day as you work toward your goal. Your completed video, which connects the changes you recorded, becomes available only after every DAY has been filled.
There is no need to repeat complex editing or settings every day. Set up your project once, then simply add and save a photo from the next day onward.
A partial set of photos cannot become a completed video. That is what gives today’s photo a reason to matter. Keep building your record of small daily changes, whether for fitness, weight loss, skin, hair, plants, and more.
