HOW IT WORKS
Open a service inside FeedMinus and it loads with the feed already gone.
You can check a message without falling into a video stream.
Open a short video someone sent and FeedMinus stops you before the vertical stream, with a small banner at the top.
That single guardrail is the difference between a 30-second check and a 30-minute spiral.
IT STOPS THE REAL APPS TOO
Grant Screen Time access and the apps you pick stop opening from your Home Screen.
Tap one and FeedMinus opens instead. No more "I removed the feed, then opened the app anyway."
MAKE IT HARD TO UNDO
Locked Mode freezes turning blocking off, rule switches, and sleep and schedule changes.
Getting out takes three steps (copy a passage, mental math, a 60-second wait) and a few minutes.
The point is not difficulty. The point is distance between the impulse and the act.
