Forma Drive manages your drives, your Mac's disk and your cloud storage together: read and write across disk formats, analyze what is using space, and clean up duplicate files and empty folders.
NTFS or ext4, file systems from any platform read and write easily. S3, WebDAV, SFTP, FTP, Backblaze B2, Dropbox and other cloud storage work directly as local disks, extending the space you can reach.

Disk tools
NTFS, ext4, Btrfs, XFS, FAT32 and exFAT, the disk formats common to different operating systems, can all be read and written through our tools.
It also shows the quality and speed of the cable connecting each external drive, so you can see at a glance where the bottleneck in your external storage is.
Beyond scanning disk files quickly, Forma Drive analyzes how much a disk reads and writes and monitors disk health and throughput in real time. When an app writes heavily in the background you are warned right away, which extends the life of your disk.
Cloud storage and network locations
S3-compatible storage, WebDAV, SFTP, FTP, Backblaze B2, Dropbox and other common cloud services become local disks in one step, read and written as ordinary folders.
SMB, AFP and NFS file servers on the local network are supported as well. Across your Mac's disk, external drives and cloud storage, space usage and large duplicate files are analyzed concurrently, so even with huge amounts of storage you find where the waste is.
Native analysis and caching code: concurrent analysis that is fast and steady, memory-safe and light on the system, so analyzing a disk does not get in your way.
Data cleanup
Local analysis recognizes leftovers from the apps you use and system caches, sorts them by category, and offers category cleanup and suggestions.
Choose your own large-file threshold: 50 MB, 100 MB or 500 MB, you decide. Files on different cloud drives and local storage are hashed asynchronously, which solves the problem of the same file being stored again and again across cloud drives.
Add an ignore list and those folders are skipped automatically.
Delete and clean in one step, with exactly how much space you freed.
