In under ninety seconds, Rivo estimates your finish time, its range, and where you are most likely to lose time. No account or watch required. THE NUMBER See your predicted finish time, confidence range, running and station totals, and the weaknesses costing you the most time. THE PLAN Running, strength and stations in one week, built around your number and weeks until race day. Follow sessions on your phone or send them to Apple Watch. When a completed workout matches the plan, Rivo scores it and updates your prediction with the measured reason. RACE DAY Carry your pacing plan on Apple Watch. See whether you are ahead or behind on every segment. After the race, compare every split with the prediction and see where the time went. THE DIAL Change one benchmark and see its effect on your predicted finish time. Set a target and find the most direct route toward it. CLAIM A RESULT Raced before?
