New: a second chance when a round is about to end. • Once per round, get one more try in Groups, three more moves in Tile Board, or 30 more seconds in Letter Grid. Watch a short ad, or get it free with Wordfly Plus. • In Groups, it keeps today's time off the leaderboard. In Letter Grid, that round can't set a best score. • Hints: 1 free a day (was 2; Plus still gets 5) and 1 per daily goal. You can now save up to 10 goal hints. New players start with 3, and you keep the hints you have. • Stuck? The hint button glows, and in Groups, Blip suggests a hint on your last try. • Your first hint on Tile Board levels 1–3 is free. • The daily goal "Play a campaign level" now also counts Tile Board levels you don't clear. • Out of hints in Groups? You can now watch an ad for 2 hints or get a hint pack. • Ad buttons light up once the ad is ready. After 5 ads in an hour, they show when you can watch more. • Game Center sign-in no longer pops up on its own. Tap "Connect Game Center" to sign in. Also: "Rate Wordfly" in Settings, no ad when you just view a finished result, and small fixes.

Game Center now keeps you signed in. • If you've connected Game Center in Wordfly before, you're signed back in automatically. If you haven't, Wordfly won't ask you to. • Your best Letter Grid score, your stars, and your streak now go to the leaderboards the moment they change. • Your Groups time goes on the leaderboard only if you solve today's puzzle without hints. • Your star total on the Profile and leaderboard now includes Word Drop stars. • Word Drop: 64 levels have new words, and answers that weren't real words or family-friendly are gone. You keep your stars, but if you left one of these levels partway through, it starts over. • Hints no longer suggest offensive words. Also, friend invites now have an App Store link, and the button in the Archive says "Get Plus," not "Try free."

Groups has grown. • The daily Groups mode now has 100 puzzles in English, up from 70 • The new puzzles were written for English-speaking players, with the food, places, sayings, and wordplay you know • Every puzzle has exactly one right answer, and any that could be solved two ways have been remade • Every word is spelled the same and means the same in the US, the UK, and Australia • It's all family-friendly Your progress, streak, stars, and the other three modes are just as you left them.

Word Drop, rebuilt. • The letters you trace fly down into their slots, and everything above them falls • Boards are laid out evenly across the full width instead of piling into one column • Words come from the most common words in your language, so the first levels are friendlier • Out of moves? The letters re-lay themselves for free, and it never costs you a star • A new hint lights up a whole word for a moment • Leave a board half-played and it is waiting where you left it, hints and all • A cleared level is saved the moment the last letter lands Tile Board: the hint button no longer says there is no move when there is one.
