Colour › Grading now has colour wheels for the shadows, mid-tones, highlights or the whole photo. Drag to grade, tap a colour to jump to it and double-tap to clear. Grades you've already made show on the wheels.

Temperature now follows the colour of light, so warming a photo turns it golden rather than pink. The colour mixer keeps colours vivid as you lighten them, and leaves faint tints alone. Folders sit on the Library page, and photos can be added to a folder from the editor or the folder itself.

A faster editor: edits reach the photo as you drag, and photos open and swipe sooner. Look > Film gains Shot exposure and Development: shoot a film under or over, and push or pull it. Halation above 100% now gives every film a glow. Blown skies and lights in RAW photos are white rather than pink, and holding to compare is instant.

Added stylised film simulations for your digital photos.

On iPhone, your photo now fills the screen, with the controls floating over it on glass. Drag a slider and everything else fades away. Look also shows when a film and a look are both on.

Look › Film now shows every film as a preview of your photo, just like the looks beside it: tap one to try it. Halation, Split tone, Vignette and the other finishing and colour sliders now update your photo live as you drag, and the loading spinner only appears when the photo is actually catching up.

New: multiple exposures. Layer two to five of your photos into a new one, each with its own blend, opacity and exposure. Crop › Geometry adds Upright, perspective correction and a straighten dial. Colour negatives without an orange mask, such as Harman Phoenix, now convert with natural colour. Plus a roomier editor on iPhone.

New: film simulations. In Look › Film, give your photos the tones, colours, grain, glow and halation of ten films. Camera RAW photos also open faster, with a quick preview while full detail loads. Plus fixes and polish on iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Expanded RAW support: more cameras and file formats open, with better colour and lens-shading correction. Plus bug fixes.
