Vínculo helps you know, every day, that your mum or dad is OK, without check-up calls and without them feeling watched. One tap a day to say “I’m OK” and a help button that alerts the family instantly. HOW IT WORKS 1. You set it up on their phone in a few minutes. They just need to open the app. 2. Every day they tap “I’m OK”. If the deadline passes without a check-in, Vínculo alerts the family automatically, even if the phone is switched off. 3. If they need help, a big button alerts the family and their trusted contacts straight away. ALERTS THAT REALLY GET THROUGH • Instant notification to relatives who have the app, which sounds even when the phone is on silent if you allow critical alerts • The help alert includes their location on the map • The family is alerted by notification; if help is requested and nobody responds, by text message too • Trusted contacts in order: if one doesn’t answer, it moves on to the next DESIGNED FOR THEM • Large text, large buttons and simple screens • Sign in with Face ID, no passwords to remember • No complicated menus or tricky gestures • A history of recent days to see at a glance that all is well • Available in English, Spanish and French VÍNCULO PRO • If nobody responds, Vínculo keeps trying on every alert: a text message and, finally, an automated phone call • Unlimited trusted contacts, in alert order • Medication reminders on time, and the family can see whether each dose has been taken • Scam alert: before giving money or details, “ask … first” • Family overview with phone battery and whether they are at home • Family plan: covers two people, for example mum and dad, with a single payment PRIVACY • Location is only checked while the app is open, never in the background • No ads and we never sell your data • You can delete your account and all your data whenever you like SUBSCRIPTIONS Vínculo is free with one trusted contact. Vínculo PRO is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, individual (one person) or family (two people), monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and renewal is charged within the 24 hours beforehand. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. • Easier to set up: the older person no longer needs an email or a password. Just enter their name and they sign in with Face ID or their iPhone passcode. • New welcome screen that explains who does what: the family member sets it up, and the older person just taps “I'm OK”. • If they change phone or get signed out, the family member reconnects their account in moments, with no passwords. • Clearer alerts: “I'll handle it” and “It's resolved” now stand out at a glance. • The number that texts and calls come from is now at the top of Contacts, and when you add someone the app reminds you to send it to them so they can save it.
