BusinessFlow is the back office for your trade — jobs, quotes, invoices and contracts in one app, built for electricians, plumbers, builders and joiners who would rather be on the tools than in a spreadsheet.
EVERY JOB IN ONE PLACE
Each job holds its customer, site address, notes, photos and materials. Add a customer once and their details follow every document you make. Search pulls up jobs by customer name, address, phone number, email, job notes or job type — type a postcode or a phone number and the job comes up, finished ones included.
QUOTES AND INVOICES THAT LOOK THE PART
Produce branded PDF quotes, invoices and contracts with your business name and one of five document themes, then send them straight from your phone. Paperwork that makes a one-van outfit look like a proper firm.
GET PAID IN STAGES
Split a job's price into deposit, progress and final payments, then tick each one off as it lands. Outstanding and overdue money is flagged on the home dashboard, so you always know what you are owed and who needs a nudge.
YOUR WEEK, IN THE CALENDAR YOU ALREADY USE
Switch on Apple Calendar sync and your job start dates, payment due dates and reminders appear in whichever calendar you run your week from. It works both ways: anything you add to that calendar turns up in your BusinessFlow diary too. Pick the calendar yourself, and switch it off whenever you like.
CONTRACTS IN YOUR OWN WORDS
Build a contract template from your own wording — standard text, bullet points, a payment schedule and a saved signature. Every contract opens by naming the parties: your business and address, your client and theirs. Get it signed on the doorstep before any work starts, so there is no argument later about what was agreed.
