Add intensity, tags, weather, a one-line note, or a photo when you want. Keep a few daily variables — sleep, exercise, stress, energy, and more — without turning logging into a questionnaire. Optional Apple Health can fill in sleep, workouts, steps, resting heart rate, and mindfulness minutes on this device.

A color calendar, week and month views, a timeline, and Mood Wrapped summaries. Home Screen widgets let you log from Today, glance at the week, or see a month of color. Apple Watch can check in from the watch app or a complication. A gentle reminder follows the time you usually log.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Check-ins live in a local store. There is no Moodlyra account and no Moodlyra server. Optional Face ID or device passcode before the calendar opens. Export a JSON copy or delete everything at any time. Moodlyra does not sync itself; use an encrypted iPhone backup if you want a spare copy.
Moodlyra is a personal wellbeing journal. It is not therapy, not a medical device, and not a diagnosis.
