Offline-first field forms, photo/video evidence and GPS trips for Frutana S.A. evaluators and drivers.
GlobalTrade OPS is Frutana S.A.'s field app for quality evaluators and drivers.
- Open a form from a WhatsApp link or QR code even with no signal.
- Fill it out on the farm — everything is saved on the phone instantly.
- Take photo/video evidence and record GPS location, offline.
- When signal returns, the form sends itself to the ERP — no resending by WhatsApp.
- See the status of every form: draft, ready, sent, or rejected with the reason.
- Trips: record the driver's route with GPS even with the screen off.
Internal use only: forms are issued by the Frutana office to its staff and field suppliers.
