PRESSURE Hydrostatic pressure, pressure drop and loss of overbalance when POOH with dry or wet pipe, slug volume and weight for a length of dry pipe, usable volume per surface and subsea accumulator bottle. WELL CONTROL MASP, maximum mud weight, maximum shut-in casing pressure. HYDRAULICS Annular velocity, plus the Advanced Hydraulics module: define casing and open-hole sections, choose Bingham Plastic or manually entered pressure loss per section, and get annular velocity, critical velocity, laminar/turbulent regime, cumulative pressure loss and equivalent circulating density at each depth, with ECD and pressure-loss profile charts. DIRECTIONAL DRILLING Dog leg severity, available WOB in deviated holes, approximate TVD.
