Khadamet enables Tunisian citizens to access various e-government services in Tunisia through a unified digital identity. The “Khadamet” mobile application enables Tunisian citizens to access, in a unified and secure manner, all electronic administrative services in Tunisia through its E-HOUWIYA digital identity. It provides a range of digital administrative services, including: • Consulting the main personal information associated with the E-Houwiya digital identity, such as the phone number, email address used for correspondence, and residential address, with the possibility of easily updating this information. • Receiving timely notifications regarding document expiration dates, request status, different stages of processing, and updates related to administrative files. • Submitting and tracking administrative requests, and obtaining electronic administrative documents, such as civil status certificates. • Making electronic payments for bills as well as registration fees for primary, secondary, and higher education institutions. • Managing an electronic document wallet, with alerts notifying users when document expiration dates are approaching. • Accessing social services, including services provided by the National Health Insurance Fund (CNAM), tracking healthcare reimbursement claims, accessing professional career information, and managing declarations with the National Social Security Fund (CNSS). • Accessing tax-related services, such as purchasing the travel stamp and paying the vehicle circulation tax. • Accessing road and traffic-related services, including checking traffic violations, scheduling technical inspection appointments, and monitoring the expiration dates of vehicle insurance policies and driving licences. • Gradually accessing new digital services, as part of the continuous development of e-government services to meet citizens’ needs. “Khadamet” is the national mobile application providing simple, unified, secure, and anytime mobile access to public services, wherever you are.
