A new app icon, made for the latest iOS look, with dark and tinted versions.

The stack sits on a real tabletop now, in one of five rooms: a café, an office, a game room, a record shop and a bakery. The room changes every 20 levels. Prices and rewards are in gold bolt coins instead of dollars. Poker chips replace the slate stack. If you owned slate, the chips are already yours. When you're stuck on a level you can watch an ad to skip it, or spend coins like before. After a win you can watch one to double your coins, and the shop has a coins button that pays out for an ad. The banner ad only shows between plays, never while you're slicing.

Three new stacks in the shop: playing cards, game cartridges and vinyl records. They slice the same, they just look better doing it. The shop shows what each item is called, right above the price, and the whole grid fits on screen on iPad without scrolling. Fixed: at tall stacks the chair behind the table got cut in half by the camera. It doesn't anymore. The intro no longer stutters on the bolt strike. The eyeball skin has a new iris and always looks right at you.

Three new balls in the shop: Atom, Buckyball, and Split Metal. The eyeball skin looks at you now. Its eye follows the camera as the ball rolls, and it winks now and then. Every ball breaks like the thing it's made of: wood splinters, metal shatters, rubber comes apart in chunks. Each has its own sound. Smoother camera on 120 Hz phones. Fixed: tapping Pause could slice a layer and cost you the run. Fixed: retrying a level on the first attempt could leave the ball frozen. Fixed: the privacy policy link went to a dead page. Ads recover on their own after a failed load. Where the law requires it, there's a Manage Ad Consent option in Options.
