BarboLingua helps you practise with Barbo, your language-learning companion. Choose from French, American English, Mexican Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese.
PRACTISE AT YOUR PACE
Work through guided exercises and use what you learn in conversations. Speak to Barbo or use text input where available. Get corrections and contextual help, then follow your progress and return to your learning journey.
READY TO PRACTISE OFFLINE
After the required models and language resources have downloaded, supported practice and conversations run on your iPhone. The initial setup requires an internet connection and several gigabytes of free storage. Performance depends on your device.
PRIVACY YOU CONTROL
Your learning progress stays on your device. Analytics and crash reporting are optional and can be managed in Settings. Report a problem by email and review the information before sending it.
PREMIUM
The app includes free access with usage limits. Optional auto-renewable Premium subscriptions unlock additional access. Available plans and local prices are displayed in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
AI-generated responses can contain mistakes. BarboLingua is a practice companion, not a certified language assessment.
