Critter Quarters is a logic puzzle with a simple promise: it is fair, it is finishable, and every puzzle can be solved by reasoning alone.
Place one critter in every row, every column, and every quarter of the board, and never let two touch. That is the whole rule. From there it is all deduction: read the board, find the square that has to hold a critter or has to stay empty, and work it out one proven step at a time. Every puzzle has exactly one solution, and you never have to guess to reach it.
Play at your own level. Casual and Classic ease you in. Expert and Master ask for the harder techniques, and they are hard on purpose, but they are always solvable without luck. If you get stuck, the hint walks you to the next move and shows you why, so a hard board teaches you instead of stopping you.
Follow the Trail through Bamboo Grove and beyond, a long path of hand-picked puzzles that grows with you. Come back each day for the Daily puzzle and keep a streak going. Or open Free Play, where the boards are generated on your device and never run out, at any difficulty. Turn on Auto-X to cross off cells for you, or leave it off if you like a quieter board. Undo goes back as far as you like.
Make it yours. Unlock critter sets, color themes, and calm background music, or dress the board for the season. Nothing about the puzzle is locked away: the extras are just for fun.
Relaxed play never rushes you and never fails. No timers, no lives, no losing a board to a slip. If you want a little tension, Challenge mode adds optional strikes, but Relaxed never does. No ad ever pops up between puzzles or interrupts play. One small banner sits at the bottom, and a single one-time purchase, not a subscription, removes it for good. Play offline anywhere. There is no account and no sign-in, and nothing you do leaves your device.
