Each morning, pick the events that need an alarm today. Free for 14 days, then a one-time purchase: no subscription, no account, no tracking.
Muster turns the meetings you can’t be late for into real alarms—the kind that ring through Silent mode and Focus until you act on them, not a notification that’s easy to miss.
Each morning, open Muster to see your day. A dot on the bell marks events that look like they need an alarm: video calls, places to be, meetings with other people. Tap a bell to arm one, or arm every suggestion at once.
Real alarms for your calendar
- Alarms break through Silent mode and Focus, show on the Lock Screen, and can be snoozed
- By default each rings 10 minutes before the event and snoozes for 9. Change both in Settings, or set your own on a single event
- Give a repeating meeting its own timing and Muster remembers it next time
- When events are rescheduled or canceled, their alarms change the next time you open Muster
For anything not on your calendar, tap + and type or dictate it. “Standup 9, Design review 11, Quarterly planning 4:30” sets three at once.
A daily ritual
- An optional morning reminder at the time you choose, on weekdays only if you like
- With the reminder on, Muster’s icon shows a badge until you’ve checked your day
- Switch off calendars that don’t need alarms, like holidays and birthdays
On your Home Screen and your wrist
- The Today widget lists your events with a bell beside each. Tap one to set its alarm without opening Muster
- Lock Screen widgets show whether today’s alarms are set and what’s next
- Shortcuts actions set an alarm, or every suggested alarm, from your own automations
- On Apple Watch, see your day, arm alarms from your wrist, dictate new ones, and add a complication for your next alarm
Private by design
- Read-only: Muster never adds, edits, or deletes anything on your calendar
- No account, no tracking, no cloud
- Works with the calendar accounts on your iPhone or iPad, including iCloud, Google, and Microsoft Exchange
Free for 14 days, then a one-time purchase to keep setting alarms. Not a subscription. Family Sharing supported.
Before Muster, I used Siri every morning to set half a dozen alarms for meetings I couldn’t miss. Then every night I’d have to go to the alarms app and delete them all one by one. Muster is so fast and simple.
The Home Screen widget has a new look at its small and medium sizes, to match the large widget, the Lock Screen and Apple Watch.
