YOUR PEOPLE NOTEBOOK • Keep names, aliases, roles, groups, needs and preferences together. • Add conversation notes, observations and collaboration results. Revisit original wording and recorded dates. • Search saved information locally by its original wording. • Rate abilities using your own group criteria. Leave unknown abilities unrated; review reasons and history where saved. • Compare 2–3 people by recorded abilities. These are your observations, not professional assessments. MANUAL FIRST Record, browse, compare, import and export without signing in or adding an AI API key. Import names, roles and aliases from selected contacts, or review pasted lists, screenshots, CSV, TXT, vCard and image files before saving. BACKUP AND PRIVACY Records stay on your device by default. Optional Apple or Google sign-in enables account-based cloud sync; review conflicting changes before applying them. Use Face ID or your device passcode to lock the app. Export and restore JSON backups. Audio and chat attachments are excluded. Automatic backups are saved before restoring or clearing records. OPTIONAL AI AND AUDIO Text organization and decision support require your own DeepSeek API key and data-sharing consent. Provider fees are billed to your account; Zhiren does not add AI usage charges. Review proposed updates before saving. Record audio locally without an account or API key. Transcription requires internet, Apple or Google sign-in and sharing consent. It uploads audio and name hints to Cloudflare Workers AI, with account request limits. It needs no DeepSeek key; sending the transcript for AI analysis does. Image or video-frame analysis requires a separately configured vision-capable API service and consent; provider fees apply. Video audio is not analyzed. AI requests send relevant text, people records and chat context to your configured provider. Image analysis also sends images or sampled video frames. API keys stay in the device Keychain and are excluded from sync and backups. You can withdraw AI-sharing consent in settings. No ads, data sales or cross-app tracking. Free to download.
