xAlarm: Wakeup Alarm clock

Repeating loud alarm clock

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

The alarm you can't sleep through: a short lesson, then a question about it. Silence the ring without answering and it returns a minute later An alarm clock that makes you answer a question before it will stay off! Most alarms lose to a half-asleep hand. xAlarm teaches you something first — a short lesson, three cards long — then asks about what it just taught. Get it right and the alarm stops. Silence the ring without answering and it comes straight back, a minute later, until you do. HOW A MORNING GOES 1. The alarm rings and shows a lesson: a word, what it means, an example. 2. It asks about that lesson, and only that lesson. Nothing you haven't read. 3. Wrong answer? The same question comes back. There is no skip and no reveal. WHAT YOU CAN LEARN Hundreds of topics across tens of languages, code, science, history, maths, business, arts and more. Spanish vocabulary, the periodic table, the solar system, Docker, calculus — you pick. Lessons are written in the language you choose, so you can study Spanish with English explanations. BUILT FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN AWAKE FOR NINETY SECONDS • Four kinds of question: pick one, type it, fill the gap, or put the words in order • Nothing is ever taught twice — answered material is retired and replaced • A streak calendar of every morning you solved on the first ring xALARM PRO Free covers one topic, one question and every alarm you want to set. Pro adds: • As many topics as you like • Your streak and its whole history • The hard level, more questions per alarm, and control over how often it returns Monthly or annual, cancel any time in Settings.
