Higher rep targets for bodyweight work: neck extension now starts at 25 reps, flexion and side flexion at 20. Plate and harness sets stay at 12–20. Beat your target and the next one moves up. At the top of the range the lowering slows, then load comes in. The screen now stays on during a session.
