HeartGlance Heart Rate Monitor
Blood Pressure App & Pulse Log
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
A heart rate monitor that uses your camera: a pulse reading in thirty seconds. Log your blood pressure, scan it from your cuff, and take a report to your doctor.
Rest a fingertip on your camera. Thirty seconds later HeartGlance has your heart rate and HRV, saved and charted, on a phone that keeps them to itself.
Do it for a fortnight and you walk into your next appointment with an answer, not "fine, I think".
A HEART RATE MONITOR IN THE PHONE YOU OWN
Your camera sees your fingertip change color as blood moves through it, as any light-based pulse sensor does. The heart on screen beats at the pulse it finds, a signal bar says when to hold still, and the reading saves itself with HRV, a stress estimate and how you felt. No strap, cuff or watch needed.
A NUMBER IS ONLY USEFUL NEXT TO THE LAST ONE
Every reading sits against your own week, your resting average and the range published for people your age and sex, not an athlete. Trends show them over time, by time of day and as a spread, so a pattern cannot hide inside an average.
A BLOOD PRESSURE LOG, NOT A SCRAP OF PAPER
Keep blood pressure, blood oxygen, temperature and weight beside your heart rate, typed in or read from a Bluetooth cuff. Blood pressure lands on the category grid cardiologists use.
SEE WHAT THE NEW TABLET ACTUALLY DID
Record what you take and the day you started, and the chart marks that day, so a change in your numbers sits beside the change in your treatment. Reminders when you choose, missed doses that stay visible, and a pill count that warns before the packet runs out.
A REPORT FOR YOUR DOCTOR
Averages, ranges, days recorded, what you were taking and every number behind it, with sources cited. Any span, including since your last appointment, as PDF or CSV.
YOU DECIDE WHEN IT SPEAKS UP
Set your own floor and ceiling; a reading outside them gets a plain line with the figure you chose.
TWO MINUTES OF BREATHING
Four seconds in, six out, then a reading beside the one you started from.
ON YOUR WRIST AND YOUR HOME SCREEN
The Apple Watch app shows your latest heart rate, your week and today's range, and puts the number on your watch face. Home and Lock Screen widgets show your last reading and its week, and a breathing session stays in the Dynamic Island.
SHARE A SUMMARY, NOT YOUR NUMBERS
Invite family or your doctor: they see a status and a trend for the topics you choose — never a reading, never a number — and can hear when something is outside your range. Stop any time and it stops that moment.
YOUR HEART IS NOBODY ELSE'S BUSINESS
Readings are worked out and stored on your phone. Camera frames are never recorded or uploaded. No advertising, no advertising ID, nothing sold, no account required. Backup and Sync is off until you turn it on; the account it makes can be deleted on the same screen. Apple Health sync is optional and off until you turn it on. In 59 languages.
FREE TO MEASURE
Unlimited readings with no account and no time limit, the last 30 days, this week's trend, your log, a daily reminder and the doctor's report on screen. Premium adds your whole history, month and year trends, any date range, time-of-day and spread charts, population comparison, insights into what changed in your numbers, medications and reminders, high and low alerts, backup and sync, and the report as PDF or CSV. A 3-day free trial, then a weekly, monthly, yearly or lifetime plan, priced in your own currency.
HeartGlance is not a medical device. It is a wellness app: it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it does not detect heart rhythm disorders. A reading from a phone camera is an estimate, not a substitute for a clinician, an ECG or an approved monitor. If you feel unwell, speak to a doctor — and in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
