Found a football club and lead it from modest beginnings to the top of the game! As president, you appoint the coach, shape the squad, manage transfers, develop the club grounds and make the calls that define the club. You make decisions and you are responsible for consequences. Each decision can affect the board, supporters, team morale and finances. Match results create new problems and new opportunities, while every season brings fresh expectations. Chairman: Football Club Sim is built around the role behind the team. The coach selects the lineup and tactics; you decide who leads, what gets funded and what kind of club survives the consequences. Features: • A complete free career with four divisions • Decisions with lasting consequences and follow-up stories • Transfers, scouting, contracts and staff appointments • Club grounds that visibly grow with every facility upgrade • A complete free career across four divisions • Branching stories where choices return with new consequences • Random club dilemmas and match preparation decisions • Promotion, relegation and new board objectives every season • National league, Super Cup and Euro Cup competitions • Euro Cup league phase, playoffs and two-leg knockout rounds • Transfers, scouting, contracts and staff appointments • Player development, ageing, injuries, suspensions and retirement • Youth academy graduates who can become first-team players • Club grounds that visibly grow with every facility upgrade • And many more!
