Nickel is a calm puzzle that turns mental math into a game. Add coins together, make a dollar, clear the board. Coins from 1¢ to 9¢ land on a 4×4 board. Swipe to slide every coin at once. Two coins join when their total ends in 0 or 5: 4¢ + 6¢ makes 10¢, 7¢ + 8¢ makes 15¢, 25¢ + 35¢ makes 60¢. Nothing adds past a dollar, so an 80¢ can only take 20¢ or less. Make exactly $1 and that coin leaves the board with a satisfying burst. MATH FLUENCY, WITHOUT THE WORKSHEET Every swipe is quick addition. You'll start spotting number bonds to 10 at a glance, counting on by fives, and finding the missing piece that makes 100. It's good practice for young learners building their math facts, and a relaxing way for grown-ups to keep mental arithmetic sharp.
