CAPTURE AND REVIEW
Type a task, speak it, or extract text from a document. Review suggested dates, duration, and priority before saving. In-app speech and document recognition run on your device using Apple frameworks, with no external AI API.
PLAN YOUR DAY
See tasks on a daily timeline alongside Apple Calendar events. Find Time suggests a free block for your task. Smart Reshuffle moves missed SwiftTask blocks into upcoming gaps. Calendar access is optional. Calendar events remain separate from completed or deleted tasks.
REFINE YOUR SCANS
Import images or PDFs, select pages, add or remove pages, adjust crop and lighting, and extract text. Export edited images or a PDF when you need a copy. Temporary scan images are not attached to saved tasks.
YOUR TASKS, ACROSS DEVICES
Tasks save locally and sync through your private iCloud database when your Apple Account, connection, and storage permit. No separate SwiftTask account is required. Siri and Shortcuts can create and schedule tasks through native App Intents.
FREE AND PRO
Free includes unlimited typed tasks, iCloud task sync, three saved document scans, and three saved voice tasks per installation. Cancelled captures do not count. New Siri tasks share the voice allowance.
SwiftTask Pro offers unlimited document scans and voice tasks through monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices and eligible introductory trial terms are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
In-app voice capture requires on-device recognition support for your device and language. Camera capture requires a supported iPhone or iPad. The desktop app supports file import and Apple’s Continuity Camera with compatible nearby devices. iOS includes interactive Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets.
