Deadline reminders. Rectify can now warn you before a liability
period ends, and the morning after a developer's rectification
window closes. Switch it on per project in Project Settings.
Also fixed: photographing a defect no longer creates a report of
its own; defect and report counts stay correct without leaving
the screen; pin numbers and report references are never reused
after a deletion; swipe to delete needs a deliberate tap; text
typed onto a photograph starts with a capital.
