When you open a blocked app, Apple shows HOLDe’s system shield. There is no Ignore Limit. You can authorize Screen Time and choose what to block without Pro. You cannot activate blocking until you subscribe or buy Lifetime. HOLDe Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Monthly includes a paid one-month introductory price for new subscribers, then the regular monthly price. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. HOLDe does not claim medical outcomes, addiction treatment, or hours of life recovered.
