Everyone signs in with their own account, everyone sees the same conversations, and you can see who is handling what. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Read and reply to every customer conversation from your phone - Send photos, documents and voice replies - Dictate a reply instead of typing it - Send an approved message template when a customer has gone quiet - Assign a conversation to a team member so two people never answer at once - Leave private notes on a conversation that only your team can see - Save canned replies for the questions you answer twenty times a day - Get a push notification the moment a customer writes in - Lock the app behind Face ID, so a lost phone is not a leaked customer list BUILT AROUND THE MESSAGING RULES, NOT AGAINST THEM Business messaging has a 24-hour reply window. Once a customer messages you, you can reply freely for 24 hours. After that, only an approved template will reach them. Endelir shows you which conversations are still open, counts down the ones about to close, and switches you to templates automatically when the window has passed.
