Oh Hell is a digital adaptation of the classic prediction trick-taking game, played here with a 32-card deck.
The game is known around the world under many names, including Oh Hell, Oh Pshaw, Contract Whist, Nomination Whist, Blackout and Up and Down the River.
The idea is simple: predict how many tricks you will win, then try to win exactly that number.
Study your hand, make your bid and play your cards carefully. Winning too many tricks can be just as bad as winning too few.
As the number of cards dealt changes throughout the game, every round brings a different challenge and forces you to rethink your strategy.
• Prediction-based trick-taking
• 32-card deck
• Play against AI-controlled opponents
• Fast and dynamic rounds
• Simple rules
• Strategy, anticipation and risk-taking
Can you make the right prediction and fulfil your contract down to the very last card?
