Membership Tracking
Gojira BJJ is the all-in-one membership app for your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym — built for students and instructors who want check-ins, schedules, and billing in one place instead of a clipboard and a spreadsheet.
FOR STUDENTS
• Check in with a single QR scan at the front desk — no waiting at a counter.
• See your belt, stripes, and attendance history at a glance.
• Browse the weekly class schedule and know exactly when your groups train.
• Get a heads-up before your membership or class allowance runs out, with a one-tap renewal.
• Buy or renew your plan right from your phone, including bank-transfer payments for gyms that don't take cards yet.
• Available in English, Georgian, and Russian.
FOR GYM MANAGERS
• One shared QR code handles check-ins for every member — the app flags expired, inactive, or over-limit visits automatically so nothing slips through.
• A week-at-a-glance check-in view shows who trained today, with a full calendar for history.
• Manage your full roster: add members, edit belts and plans, verify new sign-ups, and track who's about to expire.
• Build and edit your class schedule, with attendance automatically attributed to the right session.
• Offer public membership plans to everyone or private, personalized pricing to specific members — sibling discounts, loyalty rates, one-off deals.
• Confirm or reject pending bank-transfer payments from a dedicated queue.
• Dashboard statistics for attendance trends and revenue at a glance.
Gojira BJJ replaces paper sign-in sheets, group chats for schedule changes, and manual billing tracking with one app your whole gym actually uses — instructors keep a clear picture of who's training and who's about to lapse, and members always know where they stand
