Someone leaves a drawing half done. You pick it up and add your part. Then it goes back to them. Round after round, until the clock runs out and the two of you are looking at something neither of you would have drawn alone.
A cat you started comes back wearing a hat. A house gets a moon. A face you drew carefully turns into a potato, and there is nothing you can do about it, and that is the best part.
Who is on the other side stays a mystery, for both of you. That is half the fun.
QUICK TURNS, BIG LAUGHS
Each turn lasts 10, 15 or 30 seconds, and you choose before you start. Just enough time to add a tail, a moon or a pair of boots, and pass it on. Anyone can draw like this. Go.
A few minutes of drawing nonsense with someone far away, and a picture to keep at the end.
THREE WAYS TO PLAY
Draw first: start something and leave it for someone to continue.
Draw second: browse the drawings waiting to be continued and pick the one that makes you curious.
Practice: draw on your own, at your own pace. This is the quiet one.
WHAT YOU DRAW WITH
Four brushes that behave like real ones. A round brush that thickens slowly and thins away to nothing. An airbrush that builds up by density, so passing twice over the same place makes it darker. A square marker with a flat, even edge. And a chisel nib that changes weight with the direction of your hand.
Twelve colours, an eraser that works like any other brush, and two fingers to zoom and turn the sheet while you draw.
When the match ends, save the drawing you made together and share it wherever you like. Want your friends in on it? Invite them from the menu.

LIGHT AND PRIVATE
Open it and draw, right away. Pick a nickname if you like: it stays on your device and goes only to the person you are playing with. Drawings travel between the two devices during the match and live on in the picture you save. The only drawing we keep is one somebody reports, for ninety days, so a person can look at it. If you turn notices on, we also keep the address used to tell your device that a drawing is waiting for you.
SAFE TO PLAY
Players talk to each other only by drawing. You can leave any match with one tap, and report anything that bothers you, from any screen.
