Plan them yourself or ask Juniper for suggestions. See what’s coming up, mark each step reached, and watch your progress take shape. Keep the story along the way Write about a good day, a hard day, or an ordinary Tuesday. Type an entry or say it out loud. Juniper turns voice entries into readable text and keeps the recording, so you can listen again. When you’re unsure where to start, ask for a journal idea based on your goals and recent entries. Give yourself credit Keep the achievements that matter to you, including things you did long before you downloaded the app. Save your first race, the project you finally finished, and the smaller wins that took more effort than anyone saw.
