Fold the Stars is a pixel-art space shooter where getting home matters as much as winning a fight. Break open dead worlds, gather their resources, and make it back with your cargo intact.
Hearth has no sun. Its people depend on a reactor and the pilots who bring it supplies. You're one of those pilots, flying a small ship through pockets of space called Folds. The ships hunting you used to belong to Hearth, too.
Stay out for one more world, or head home with what you've got. Your shield and warp drive draw from the same energy bar, so getting out takes a little planning. Back at the station, bank your haul, choose a ship, and fit it for the next run.
OUT IN THE FOLDS
• Explore twelve named harvest Folds, or head into a randomly generated sector.
• Crack five kinds of resource-bearing worlds and steer clear of indestructible asteroids.
• Fly five ships, from the free Scout to the Harvester with its mining beam.
• Face seven enemy types with different tactics, from swarming Drones to mine-laying Sowers and Drone-launching Carriers.
• Refit your ship, take on Kettle's contracts, and piece together the voices left behind in the dark.
BRING A FEW FRIENDS
Play with up to 8 nearby players. In Hard Harvest, you share the resources and can turn your guns on each other. Arena battles take place inside a shrinking safe zone, and losing a match won't cost you your ship. Multiplayer is local, over Wi-Fi or a peer-to-peer connection between nearby iPhones.
MAKE IT FEEL RIGHT
Choose Classic, Pilot, or Arcade handling. Adjust control size and opacity, or switch to a left-handed layout.
Free to play, with no ads or subscriptions. The Black Market offers two optional packs: coins or dark matter. You can earn both resources by playing.
Made for iPhone in landscape. No account is required. Game Center is optional, and progress is saved on your device.
