Priorities, plans and decisions in one place, kept current by agents that read the same signals you do.
Cufflinx is an operating system for executive work. Priorities, plans and decisions live in one place, kept current by an agent that reads the same signals you do.
FOCUS. Your day, easily crafted. Every commitment you have made, ranked against the time you actually have. Focus holds the week, the day and the schedule in one view, so the first question each morning is answered before you ask it.
PLANNING. Objectives that stay honest. Quarterly objectives, key results and the initiatives advancing them, with pace measured against the calendar, not against optimism. When recorded progress drifts from reality, the system says so.
INTELLIGENCE. A weekly read you can act on. Your connected sources are compared against what you recorded. Where the two disagree, Intelligence tells you which one to trust, and what to do about it this week.
PRESENCE. Who is waiting on you. Presence watches the relationships the work runs through: what you owe, who has gone quiet, and which single thread outweighs the rest of the queue. Radar surfaces the few that deserve today's call.
THE CONSIGLIERE. Always available, never intrusive. Ask what changed, what slipped and what deserves the next hour. It reads the same signals the system does and answers in your context. Speak to it or type; your speech is transcribed on your iPad.
HOW IT WORKS
It reads your sources. GitHub, Linear, calendar and mail, so it knows what actually happened this week, not what was typed into a form.
It holds the whole picture. Objectives, priorities, decisions and schedule are one model, so advice accounts for everything rather than one tab.
It answers in context. No prompt engineering. Ask in plain language and get a specific answer about your quarter, your team, your day.
PLANS
The organized workspace is free: objectives, priorities and schedule in one place, daily and weekly views of your commitments, and connected sources kept in sync. The Consigliere and the AI briefings and analyses are part of the Full access plan, which is purchased and managed on cufflinx.io.
Built for iPad. Also runs on Macs with Apple silicon.

A short interview to get started. The first time you open Cufflinx, the Consigliere asks a few plain questions: what to call you, your role and who you report to, what your organization does and who it serves, and what you and your team work on. It works for any organization, a company or a non-profit, and when one answer covers several questions it does not ask them again. Your answers shape your Analysis report, so it leads with what someone in your seat needs to see. It is free on every plan, speaks to you out loud, and you can tap Later to finish it another time.
Risks in Planning. Name the risks an issue faces, give each a type from three frameworks (the layers of venture risk, a product's four big risks, or the growth move it comes from), rate its severity and likelihood in green, gold or red, and link the plans that address it. The riskiest show first under each issue.
Action items for the whole team. On a Leadership Team plan, each action item shows who it is assigned to, you can reassign it to any member, and anyone on the team can tick it off.
Know what just happened. A short note now confirms what you did, such as an issue created or a plan moved, and says plainly why an action failed and what to try.
Results for each context. The quarterly Results review shows each context's own summary, and an empty context says why it is empty.
Solved issues can still be chosen. Every issue picker lists solved issues after the open ones, so you can file a plan or question under them.
Conversations keep what the Consigliere looked up. When you reopen a conversation, the chips showing the tools it used are still there.
Clearer voice controls. The buttons beside the Consigliere now say what the next tap does: Talk or Text, Wait or Done, Mute or Unmute, Silence or Speak.
More dependable reports, and your AI credit goes further. Analysis, Radar and Results fail less often and never run twice at once, and AI usage now draws on your credit at exactly what it costs us.
Roomier forms. Every form has more space around its fields, every dropdown groups its choices under clear headings, and long forms scroll with a finger.
Smoother sign-in. Signing up with Google or Apple fills in your name, and signing in recovers more cleanly when it is interrupted.
