PRACTICE AT YOUR OWN PACE Choose self-practice or a non-contact session with someone else. Follow written placement guidance alongside warm illustrations. Start with the three-minute position timer, adjust the duration, and use pause or skip whenever you need. Settings remain available while a session is paused. A GENTLE SOUNDTRACK Set the atmosphere with original bamboo-inspired tones, singing-bowl-inspired sounds or soft rain. A bell cues the next position. Music follows session pause and finish. Background alerts require notification permission and may be affected by device settings. Four symbol reference summaries help you revisit your own training; symbol drawings and stroke order are not included.
