Sober Plus includes:

• Calendar, streak, and basic progress totals
• Urge, breathing, and grounding tools
• Local reminders
• Face ID or device passcode app lock
• Data export, import, and deletion
Sober Plus adds detailed trends and reflection patterns for a closer look at your journey.
No account is required. Your records stay in the app on your device, and you choose when to export them. Sober is designed for calm, private progress with an active Sober Plus subscription.
Sober is a wellness tracking tool, not a diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace professional care. If you may be dependent on alcohol or have withdrawal symptoms, contact a qualified health professional or emergency services.
After onboarding, an active Sober Plus subscription is required to use Sober. Apple manages billing and subscriptions. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. The App Store shows the price and billing period before purchase.
