Dozara helps you keep track of a GLP-1 or peptide treatment your doctor has prescribed — Mounjaro, Zepbound, Ozempic, Wegovy and others.
Open the app to today's list: the dose that is due, the water and protein still to go, a workout day, the weekly weight and waist check. Tick things off as you go. Gentle reminders bring you back — one when a dose is due and one evening summary of your water and protein — and you can switch each of them off.
Log each injection in milligrams, the dose your doctor prescribed. Dozara remembers which site you used last and shows when your next dose is due on the interval you set. On more than one injection? Add each medication: every one keeps its own schedule, colour and reminder.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Everything you log stays in a database on your phone and is never uploaded. Export it or delete it whenever you like — both are free. The optional AI coach sends only your rounded BMI, age, sex, the time you have and your equipment to build a session, and only after you agree; nothing is kept.
Dozara does not recommend doses. Every figure is calculated from what you entered yourself. Estimated levels are approximations from published pharmacokinetic parameters, not measurements. Always follow your doctor's instructions. The sources for every figure are listed in the app, under Settings → Medical sources.
DOZARA PREMIUM
Unlocks the full level chart, what-if scenarios, side effect patterns, the AI coach and the PDF report. Monthly or yearly; the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel it in your account settings.
