UpUp rings through Silent and Focus, and each time it rings, Stop buys you 15 seconds, then 10, then 7, then 5. The alarm keeps coming back until you finish a task — and with push-ups, the only way to finish is to get on the floor.
PUSH-UPS, COUNTED BY YOUR PHONE (PRO)
Put the phone flat on the floor, screen up, get into position, go. The front TrueDepth camera measures the distance to your face and counts every full rep. Half reps and head nods don't count. The screen lights your face, so it works in a dark room. No photo or video is ever saved or shown. Requires an iPhone with Face ID.

THE WEATHER WHEN YOU WAKE UP
The home screen carries one line of weather: the temperature right now, the air quality, and whether it's a good morning to exercise outside. Finish the task and the full picture opens — feels-like, UV, wind and the week ahead.

Real system alarms: they ring on the Lock Screen, in Silent mode, in Focus, and show in the Dynamic Island.

Open the app, set a time, done. An account is optional. Anonymous diagnostics help us fix alarms that misbehave, and you can switch them off in Settings.

UpUp PRO unlocks the push-up task and alarms with up to three tasks: $19.99/year (7-day free trial) or $4.99/month. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
