What's new in 1.32 • New first-swing guide: quick tips before you film, and a hint in the camera until your first swing is saved. • New camera check: makes sure there's room above your head for the club. • See a full sample report before you film your own. • Free members now get a taste of a Pro feature on some swings. • Shaft plane line on more down-the-line swings. • Cleaner club path trail. • Many small fixes.

Uploads are more dependable. On a slow or patchy connection the app now says when it is retrying or finishing, and if an upload stops you get a clear message with a Retry button instead of a long wait. A retry never asks for your consent again. New golfers get a simple first-swing screen with three filming tips. The record screen is shorter, with the frame-rate notes tucked away. Slo-Mo videos chosen from Photos now keep their real speed.

Your swing now fills the screen. The video plays edge to edge, with the controls and your scorecard resting over it, and every analysis layer has its own button down the side. New for Pro: your club path, drawn right over a Slo-Mo video. See it coloured by speed, or split into Load & Launch to check the club comes down on the path it went up on. The plan now shows what each Pro feature needs from your video. Scores are more accurate on clips that start close to the takeaway, when the finish was marked too early, and on face-on videos where we could mistake which side you swing from. The analysing card on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island now goes away once your swing is ready, and restoring Pro refreshes the report you have open.

Film a whole range session: every swing in a video now gets its own report, and a new Range session switch on the record screen keeps the camera rolling. Each swing opens at its own start, with its overlay. Change the club on a report without uploading the video again. Uploading the same video twice now asks before using another analysis. Your allowance now counts swings rather than videos, and a report tells you if any swings in a video were not saved because the allowance ran out. Tempo from 30 fps video is marked as approximate. The checks count is fixed. Your videos never carry your location to us. The Swing DNA emblems are redesigned, on the Swing DNA tab and the sign-in screen. The app now opens on a short Grip Intelligence AI intro, with one Skip button.
