Quality Air's technician app: today's jobs, equipment history, photos and closeout in one place.
Quality Air OS is the field app for Quality Air HVAC technicians and contractors. It requires an account issued by the Quality Air office; there is no public sign-up.
- Today's jobs: schedule, service address, directions and job status.
- Daily truck check-in before work starts.
- Equipment history: capture make, model, serial number and dataplate photos at the property.
- Part requests and field notes that go straight to the office.
- Required closeout: a 10 to 30 second walkthrough video recorded in the app, plus notes.
- Weak-signal ready: keep working in a basement and your updates sync when coverage returns.
